Don Candon is our learning expert who has many years of training and teaching experience as well as a background in adult learning . He has always been user focused and brings a broad background in marketing to Web-Insight.

Peter de Gosztonyi P.Eng

Peter has been a customer focused advocate and early Internet denizen. His experience on both sides of Bell Canada's call centres demonstrated the value of keeping the customer satisfied but not at all costs. He has applied this axiom to website design and redesign and more recently to social media implementation. He is fascinated by metrics and how they can be used to improve the customer experience. He also holds several quality certifications from the American society for Quality (ASQ) including Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, and Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence.

Raymond Soo P.Eng

Ray helped develop web portals and local community websites, notably Sympatico and Canada411. He enjoys the challenge of developing solutions that leverage web resources and tools such as video and audio sharing, voice over IP, mobile web and smart user devices.
